Heather is an industry thought leader, award-winning business growth specialist, and expert in creating unique Growth Roadmaps and mastering Personal Branding. With over 20 years of experience in the Sales, Marketing & Events Industry, Heather’s journey began by working across all departments in hospitality to gain an in-depth understanding of business mechanics. This foundation has enabled her to successfully implement strategies that drive growth across both unique private companies and renowned UK chains.

As the founder of Clarity Consultants, Heather is dedicated to helping business owners grow through tailored strategies that deliver results. She firmly believes that every business, regardless of size, deserves access to quality support.

In addition to running Clarity Consultants, Heather is in the process of launching a new online training platform and is currently writing a book. A dynamic public speaker and trainer, Heather frequently shares her insights on business growth and strategy.

Heather also serves as a Member of Court for the University of the Highlands & Islands and is a former Vice President of Scottish Women in Business.

Laura is the multi-award-winning founder of Glasgow Girls Club and The Glow Club business membership. Among her greatest achievements is building a vibrant online community that connects over 46,000 women from Glasgow and beyond. With 16 years of marketing experience and certification as a Community Manager on Meta, Laura is devoted to empowering women’s professional and personal growth through free community engagement, the GGC podcast, members’ magazines, events, and both social and business club memberships.

Through The Glow Club, now a leading business network for women in Glasgow, Laura nurtures a dynamic business community dedicated to knowledge-sharing and supporting women as they build successful brands, foster client loyalty, and achieve their goals. On a social level, the Glasgow Girls Club encourages members to connect, form friendships, and embrace new experiences that often inspire personal growth beyond their comfort zones.

Laura’s influence extends into popular culture, with notable highlights including her appearance as a character in two novels by Glasgow authors and her role as a contributing author alongside other prominent businesswomen in the bestselling series She is Unstoppable, Vol. 2—solidifying her as a beacon of inspiration.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in HR, administration, and back-office support, having worked across a diverse range of sectors, including utilities, pharmaceuticals, retail, and food and drink manufacturing. Her wealth of experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of operational needs and the ability to provide seamless support to businesses of all sizes.

A passionate advocate for flexible working, Clare actively collaborates with various organisations to champion and support ongoing campaigns for improved workplace flexibility and inclusivity.

Clare is driven by tasks that demand precision and structure—she excels in creating order out of chaos. Whether it's refining complex spreadsheets, managing vast email inboxes, or conducting meticulous research, Clare embraces every challenge with enthusiasm.
